always has a programme	always has an excuse
says, "Let me do it for you"	says, "That is not my job."
say, "I must do something"	say, "Something must be done."
is always a part of the answer	is always a part of the problem
sees an answer for every problem	sees a problem for every answer
believe in win/win	believe for them to win, someone has to lose.
says, "It may be difficult but it is possible"	says, "It may be possible but it is too difficult."
makes a mistake. He says, "I was wrong"	makes a mistake, he says "It wasn't my fault.
